<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Je profite des derniers potimarrons disponibles sur les étales du marché pour préparer une recette simple comme bonjour : la recette potimarron rôti au four. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Pour réaliser cette recette, il vous suffira dans un premier temps de laver votre potimarron. Ensuite, il vous faudra lui retirer les pépins et le couper en lamelles. Puis, assaisonnez ensuite avec de l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, la fleur de sel, l&rsquo;ail en poudre et le romarin. 30 minutes au four et c&rsquo;est cuit ! <p class="wp-block-paragraph">Pour la recette du jour, j&rsquo;ai sélectionné un légume de saison que j&rsquo;adore : la patate douce ! Il existe de nombreuses manières de cuisiner la patate douce : en frite, en purée&#8230; ou rôties au four comme nous l&rsquo;avons fait aujourd&rsquo;hui dans la recette patate douce rôtie au four. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Cette recette est simple comme un jeu d&rsquo;enfant ! Il faut commencer par couper les patates douces en deux puis réaliser un quadrillage à l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un couteau. Je les assaisonne ensuite avec de l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, du paprika, du sel et du poivre ; et hop au four ! Au bout de 40 minutes de cuisson, vous obtiendrez un plat gourmand et sain pour vous régaler. </p>

L&rsquo;association entre l&rsquo;acidité et la douceur de cette sauce se mariera à merveille avec la sucrosité des patates douces. </p>
