<p>La photographie macro ne se limite pas aux produits bruts : elle permet également de sublimer vos recettes en révélant leurs moindres détails.</p>



<p>Cette approche fonctionne très bien avec une grande variété de recettes. Voici deux angles que j’utilise particulièrement :</p>



<ol class="wp-block-list">
<li><strong>DE FACE</strong> : Cet angle de prise de vue permet de sublimer les différentes couches qui composent une recette. Il est idéal pour des préparations structurées comme ici le burger ou un brookie, dont on distingue parfaitement les deux textures (brownie + cookie).</li>



<li><strong>TOP SHOT (du dessus) </strong>: Cette prise de vue est idéale pour les recettes plus “graphiques” comme les salades, les pizzas ou les biscuits. Elle permet de jouer avec les formes, les couleurs et la composition. </li>
</ol>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">LES BÉNÉFICES DE LA PHOTO MACRO EN PHOTOGRAPHIE CULINAIRE</h2>



<p>Utiliser la photographie macro en photo culinaire présente de nombreux atouts, aussi bien sur le plan esthétique que marketing.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-c4f173946689dc7a2a3de56bea3f26b8" style="color:#d46450">1. Révéler les textures et les détails des produits ou des recettes</h3>



<p>La macro permet de mettre en lumière des éléments souvent invisibles à l’œil nu : le croustillant d’une croûte de pain, le fondant d’un gâteau, ou encore la fraîcheur d’un fruit. Cette technique rend les aliments plus sensoriels et appétissants. </p>

<p>Cet ouvrage s’inspire des principes de l’ayurveda pour aider à choisir une alimentation adaptée à ses besoins. <p>Pour ce projet, j&rsquo;ai dû sortir de ma zone de confort car la DA du livre change radicalement de mon style habituel : le minimalisme.</p>



<p>Moi qui ai l&rsquo;habitude de parsemer des miettes un peu partout, d&rsquo;ajouter des éléments de stylisme pour raconter une histoire&#8230; j&rsquo;ai été un peu chamboulée au début du projet.</p>



<p>Mais c’est aussi ce que j’aime dans mon métier de photographe et stylisme culinaire : enchaîner les projets qui ne se ressemblent pas ! <img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/1f4da.png" alt="📚" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /></p>

<p>Pour ce projet, j&rsquo;ai eu la chance de pouvoir faire des propositions pour la DA du livre.<br>Pour ce livre destiné aux femmes, dont le sujet est de retrouver de l&rsquo;équilibre au cours du cycle menstruel et du bien-être, j&rsquo;ai suggéré de réaliser des photos colorées, dans une ambiance chaleureuse et good vibes dans le but de transmettre une sensation de vitalité, en mettant en avant l’énergie retrouvée.</p>

<p>J&rsquo;ai adoré réalisé ce projet avec des nouvelles interlocutrices. Autre nouveauté avec ce livre de recettes : l&rsquo;utilisation de protéines animales car auparavant, j&rsquo;ai uniquement travaillé pour la maison d&rsquo;édition La plage qui ne réalise que des recettes veggie ou vegan. </p>

<p>Je l’ai imaginé comme un guide pour aider les enfants à réaliser leurs premières recettes. Pour moi, la cuisine est avant tout un terrain de jeu, et c’est exactement ce que j’ai voulu partager avec vous et vos enfants : une expérience ludique, créative et gourmande pour apprendre les bases de la cuisine en s’amusant.</p>

<p>Nouvelle année, nouveaux articles sur le blog ! Cette année, j&rsquo;ai eu envie d&rsquo;élargir le type d&rsquo;articles que je propose afin de vous parler davantage de mon travail de photographe culinaire. Pour le premier article « Photographie culinaire : 5 livres de cuisine que j’ai photographiés (Partie 1) », j&rsquo;ai décidé de vous embarquer avec moi dans une partie de mon travail que j&rsquo;adore : la photographie culinaire pour le monde de l&rsquo;édition !</p>



<p>Pour la petite histoire, je compte plus de 150 livres de cuisine dans ma bibliothèque. Les livres de recettes sont vraiment l&rsquo;une de mes grandes passions ! Pas une balade en centre-ville sans que je termine au rayon livres de cuisine d&rsquo;une librairie&#8230; Je rapporte d&rsquo;ailleurs systématiquement un livre de cuisine de chacun les lieux dans lesquels je voyage (cela pourra faire l&rsquo;objet d&rsquo;un autre article <img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/1f609.png" alt="😉" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /> ).</p>



<p>Revenons à mon sujet : les livres de recettes que j&rsquo;ai photographiés ! J&rsquo;ai débuté cette aventure avec la maison d&rsquo;édition <a href="https://www.laplage.fr/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">La Plage</a>. Je vous propose de découvrir plus en détail ci-dessous les cinq premiers ouvrages que j&rsquo;ai réalisés pour eux, avec une présentation de la direction artistique demandée et quelques photos. </p>

<p>Lorsque la maison d&rsquo;édition La Plage m&rsquo;a contactée pour photographier le <a href="https://www.laplage.fr/produit/23482/9782383385233/ultra-proteine">livre ultra-protéiné</a> de <a href="https://www.instagram.com/melanie_en_veganie/">Mélanie en Véganie</a>, j&rsquo;ai sauté de joie à l&rsquo;idée que l&rsquo;on me propose ce projet !</p>



<p>Le livre propose de nombreuses recettes pour augmenter son apport en protéines végétales dans une alimentation végane ! Pour cet ouvrage, j&rsquo;ai cuisiné et photographié 50 recettes.</p>

<p>Le second projet que m&rsquo;a proposé la maison d&rsquo;édition La Plage m&rsquo;a immédiatement plu puisqu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agissait d&rsquo;un livre en lien avec la cuisine du monde (mon thème favori !) : le livre <a href="https://www.laplage.fr/produit/23518/9782383385295/creole-veggie">Créole &amp; Veggie</a> de <a href="https://www.instagram.com/palatinsuzy/">Suzy Palantin</a>.</p>



<p>Dans ce livre, on retrouve une centaine de recettes dont 60 que j&rsquo;ai photographiées. </p>



<p>Un challenge pour ce livre : trouver tous les légumes exotiques ! Habitant à Paris lors de la réalisation de cet ouvrage, j&rsquo;ai eu la chance d&rsquo;avoir de nombreuses épiceries asiatiques à proximité pour trouver mon bonheur.</p>
